Privacy

Signbrief is in private beta. This page describes what we collect, what we do with it, and what we don't do. Plain English first, lawyer-speak never.

What we collect

  • Your email + signings-per-week estimate when you join the waitlist.
  • The PDF you upload for parsing. We send it to Anthropic's API, get back structured JSON, and use it to create your signing brief.
  • Saved source PDFs for projects you create. Signbrief stores the uploaded source PDF in private Supabase storage so page references like "Page 47" can be verified later from the job page.
  • The parsed JSON and job workflow state, including extracted appointment details, scan-back state, shipping notes, tracking, mileage, and payment status, are stored in Supabase for your account workspace.
  • Basic server logs (IP, user-agent, request paths) for security and abuse prevention. Standard. No analytics cookies, no third-party trackers.

What we don't do

  • We do not sell your data. To anyone. Ever.
  • We do not share signing details with title companies, lenders, the IRS, or any third party other than infrastructure/model providers needed to operate the product, including Anthropic for parsing and Supabase for database/private file storage.
  • We do not train models on your data.
  • We do not use third-party advertising trackers, social tracking pixels, or behavior profiling.

Anthropic

Signing-instruction PDFs and follow-up drafts are processed via the Anthropic Claude API. Anthropic does not train models on API-submitted data by default (see anthropic.com/privacy). If their policy changes we'll surface it here.

Supabase storage

Saved project data and source PDFs are stored in Supabase with account-scoped access rules. Source PDF links generated inside the app are temporary signed links, not public files.

Your rights

You can request deletion of any data we hold about you by emailing contact@signbrief.com. We'll honor it within 30 days, faster if technically possible.

Beta caveat

Signbrief is in private beta. The product is changing. This page will change with it. We'll never silently weaken your privacy — any meaningful change gets a notice in the app and to your email.
